Craig Schneider is the founder and president of CMS Real Estate Services Inc. Besides brokering numerous real estate transactions, Mr. Schneider specializes in property management. He has managed properties ranging from large retail centers, to office buildings, as well as multifamily residential properties.
Mr. Schneider received his B.A. in accounting from Hofstra University and spent many years working as a forensic auditor. His experience as an auditor allowed him to work on the World Trade Center account as a supervisor for many desktop reviews.

Hayes joined CMS Real Estate Services, Inc., in July 2009 as the Managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate Division. In joining with Craig Schneider, they are able to bring over 12-years of extensive experience in the leasing of retail, industrial and office space throughout NY/Tri-State and Long Island areas.
Prior to CMS Real Estate Services, Hayes worked as a Senior Associate at George Tsunis Real Estate where he was responsible for both tenant and landlord representation. During his five years with George Tsunis, Hayes has worked with the likes of McDonald's, I-Hop, Steve & Barry's, 7-Eleven, Subway, Family Dollar, Bank of Smithtown, Plaza Sports, BedQuarters and has assisted many local businesses in securing new space for their companies relocation or expansion.
Hayes will also be in charge of property sales and investments, where he has been involved in prior transactions including; office buildings, retail centers, storage facilities, development projects and vacant land.

Tim Petrou joined CMS in 2009. Tim is a licensed financial advisor. He brings his vast investment knowledge, as well as his entrepreneurial spirit to all of your real estate needs. He knows what it takes to operate a successful business and will help in every aspect of your sale, lease or purchase. Bill joined CMS Real Estate Services in October of 2011 bringing 27 years of experience in the leasing and build out of industrial space in the Long Island and metropolitan area. Bill was corporate real estate manager for Newsday for 17 years prior to joining George Tsunis Real Estate as Executive Vice President which responsibilities included tenant and landlord representation. He has completed deals with companies such as Newsday, Stellar Printing, Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Mitchell News, Shuttle Printing and others.
Bill received his B.A. from Gettysburg College and worked as a salesman in the electronic components and industrial chemical industries before moving into the real estate industry.
